Chances are, you'll give up right then and there. But...
If you're still convinced there's a problem, we admire your tenacity. So please email us, and we'll personally get back to you with some sort of answer... or at the very least, an apology. And by "we", we mean "I", because there's really just me here. But we don't often let you know that, because -- well, didn't you have more confidence in us back when we were calling me "we?"
